The Ultimate Kart Racer Customization
ModNation Racers features extreme customization, and as such allows each player to create their own unique racing experience with the same tools used by the development team. Begin by expressing yourself through the creation of your own Mod character and quirky kart. Starting with more or less a blank slate, players are free to change a variety of their racer's features. These range from head features and skin color, to wearable gear and attire. Customization of karts is equally deep, allowing for alteration of everything from suspension and interior, to body, wheels, decals. Finally, ModNation Racers gives players everything that they need to build the tracks of their dreams. With this functionality, known as Track Studio, players can invest minimal time and enjoy basic creating, or they can invest more time and make sure every lake, mountain, banked turn and power-up is placed perfectly. Either way the result is quick, contagious fun that can be shared through online races of up to 12 players, which can even be rated by the online community.

Modnation racers, a little big planet cross mario kart game exclusive to ps3. This game lets your creativity run wild with few boundries and sophisticated yet easy to use creation tools. You can Build Tracks, Karts, and Mods ( The in Game Characters ) within minutes of starting up the game. A must have for all ps3 owners!

Children that played it, loved it. Great gift for any child that enjoys playing with a PS3. Adults will also find this fun and nothing wrong with the price either.

I'm very surprised to say that this game is superior to Mario Kart in sheer fun factor! Lots of original tracks, lots of customizations that you can make on your character, car and tracks! You can download lots of content as well! I love the game's funny comments and action! The two commentators are priceless! My only gripe with this game is the long loading time. I'd say on average 30 seconds! That's 30 second to load the track and when you finish the race, another 30 seconds to come back to the main hub where you can roll around to chose what you want to do. Hopefully, the creators will make a patch for the long loading times, but still, it's a great game!!!
