I love the album but what I was disaapointed in was the lack of promotion and just the respect that was denied to a great artist - I never watched American Idol before but when I heard Ruben sing it was like taking you back to the Luther Vandross and Al Green, Teddy P days ya know? Clay Aiken was the Sinatra type - The rat pack days are over - Ruben brings back the true R&B - Buy this album - It's well worth the money and definately worth listening to.

This cd didn't measure up to Rubens talent. The look Ruben has with the hat and all does not lead one to think this is his kind of music. I have heard Ruben sing many songs and this cd is not Ruben. Looking at the cover on the cd makes me think of the old Mississippi River Boat days. I would love to hear Ruben sing something that makes our hearts melt.

I just got clay and ruben I have to say that clay is one of those cds you just can't put down. Now ruben's cd gives you a head ack. I wanted Ruben which he did but the show is fixs PEOPLE. When are you going to find that out. I do NOT reconmend this cd it stats of strong and ends strong with sorry 2004 (single) and we have not forgotton. But if you don't like rap don't buy it there is a lot of rap in this cd. It is also not worth the 14 95 for a crapy cd like this dont buy. Like I said its strong in the first part and the end but the middle gos to slow.
