1.0 out of 5 stars the world worst show that ever was Nov 14 2003
By A Customer
you may think its funny but i think it bad, Kenny at the end always dies. Cartmen is always a sour and hatful, there are drugs in the cartoon, strong words, and fights cause of their drunkness. This Trey guy is blood thristy. better not buy, you will want to throw it in the trash.

4.0 out of 5 stars A lounge act for the ages... Dec 26 2001
Format:VHS Tape
First off I think that the first South Park Christmas special (the first episode where Kenny didn't die) is the funniest Christmas special in TV history. But the first episode "Mr. Hankey's Christmas Classics" is very close. This alone is 5 stars.
From the very well done "Dreidel, dreidel, dreidel"(eventual 5 part harmony) to Hitler singing a familiar Christmas carol in German while in Hell, to the very politically incorrect song by Mr.Garrison "Merry F**kng Christmas", there are plenty of laughs.
But the absolute highlight is a lounge act featuring Jesus and Santa doing Christmas songs (in the first person). The sight of Jesus taling his halo and swirling it around his finger and flipping it back over his head is woth theprice on admission.
The second episode "merry Christmas Charlie Manson" is not as good but definitley has its moments

4.0 out of 5 stars Christmas Time in Hell is Funny as Hell Oct 1 2001
If you thought Satan and Saddam Hussein getting it on in the South Park movie was histerical, as I did, then you will laugh until you cry at "Christmas Time in Hell" on this DVD.

The Prince of Darkness leads a Chorus of famous dead peope including Princess Di, Micheal Landon, Jeffrey Dhalmer, JFK, JFK jr., and Attila the Hun in singing such hilarious lines as "Everybody has a happy glow, Let's dance in blood and pretend its snow, Even Mao Tse-Tung is under the spell, It's Christmas time in hell!"

The Charlie Manson episode has some funny moments.
The Chinpoko thing is OK

Many of the Christmas songs are funny, but the ones in the original episodes are better. That's why the 4 instead of five.
