Even by South Park standards, season 7 is pretty hardcore. In "Christian Rock Hard," Cartman is so determined to attain platinum album status before Kyle and his band that he forms a Christian rock group. The band's repertoire makes Tom Lehrer's once-scandalous "Vatican Rag" sound like "Oh, Happy Day." But mostly, South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone take Cheney-like potshots at pop-culture notables. In "South Park Is Gay!", we discover what is really behind the "metrosexual" phenomenon and the true identity of the Queer Eye for the Straight Guy quartet. In "Butt Out," Rob Reiner is portrayed as a corpulent goo-filled "fascist" willing to the sanction murder (of Cartman) to further his anti-"Big Tobacco" agenda. As you can guess from the title, "Fat Butt and Pancake Head" is a merciless deconstruction of "Bennifer," as Cartman's Jennifer Lopez hand puppet dethrones the real thing, and attracts the amorous attention of Ben Affleck. "All About Mormons" anticipates the Scientology episode, "Trapped in the Closet" (not included here, and if lawyers have anything to say about it, might not be included in a season 9 set, either) with a straight-faced musical dramatization of the Joseph Smith story. "Everyone thought we were making stuff up to be funny," Parker and Stone relate in their mini commentary (optional for each episode). "But we're not. We're not making this stuff up in this show." Which is perhaps why the episode "Cancelled," which posits that Earth exists only as reality-TV fodder for aliens, doesn't seem so farfetched. --Donald Liebenson

This is the best adult cartoon that has ever been invented. I remember when I was a child I had to sneak behind my father's back if I wanted to watch this show. This show pushes the envelope like no other show has ever done before. The best part is that southpark is still strong.

To some south park fans the earlier seasons are best.Well the more they go the better they are,not all of the episodes are funny but the ones that are funny are better than the older ones.Its a more mature south park that some fans like more than the previous seasons.I agree but i like every season so to me that opinion is okay,it changed, no matter what you say it changed.But some things never dies like Kenny who came back after not being there in the season 6,he appears on the final seconds of the season.I own season 6 but i got to say that Kenny is missing,now he`s back! I think that you can expect to get kinda same special features,comentaries,comedy central prewiew...but i would buy it for the episodes of course here is a list of the episodes that will be included in the 7th season ; 704-Cancelled 702-Krazy kripples 703-Toilet paper 701-I`m a little bit country 705-Fat butt and pancake head 706-Lil`crime stopper 707-Red man`s greed 708-South park is guay! 709-Christian rock hard 710-Gray dawn 711-Casa bonita 712-All about the mormons? 713-Butt out 714-Raisins 715-Its christmas in canada These are the 15 episodes from season 7 that came out march 21 of this year `o6 so dont miss it recomended To all s-p fans. The seventh season had appearently problems with the sound especially on disc 1 and thats true but not to the point where you shouldnt buy it i was aware of the problem and i bought and i love it!Its a great season.

That's right! Kenny's now back for good! (ok, some of you may bring up he has died for good by the end of season 5, but... Hey! Relax guy! Don’t you think life is a tasteful bowl of surprises! So shove back this angriness deep up your… well deep enough! and take it easy! Don't you wanna believe in miracles? I mean: it'd already happened in the best part of past seasons so... You really should feel my nipples right now, cause this season is also very much exciting. I can't wait.Since there is NO list of shows for this season already, episodes are listed as such: 701 - I'm a little bit country (Iraqi war's tearing US apart while Cartman's trying to get a flashback and finally saves the day!)
