Este libro esta caliente...!, Dec 20 2009
By Jason Frost "RubiconReader" - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: Spanish Flyy: A Novel (Hardcover)
If you're looking for a book that will challenge your outlook on life. Move on. If you're looking for a book on which to write your thesis. Keep looking. If you're looking for a book that you can read and have a discussion with your pastor. Uh-uh. HOWwwwww-ever... if you are looking for a book that will keep you in a constant state of arousal. Bingo. If you're looking for a book that will make certain intimate parts of your body tickle and make you feel (really, really) good. Ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding!! If you're looking for a book that is a personification of the word "erotic-lust ". STOP. DO NOT PASS GO. DO NOT COLLECT $200!
`Spanish Flyy' is, from page 1 to page 223, completely, totally, and wholly saturated with sex. Let me repeat that: this book has so much eroticism in it that Heather Hunter called and said, "oh COME ON"! The beginning of this book had me OD'ing on the bow-chikka-wow-wow. The middle and the end of the book had me trippin' on the drama AND the sex. I don't know where Naija came up with some of the story lines and twists show throws in here but... damn! I know that I keep repeating "the sex, the sex, the sex", but that's because IT. IS. How soon do you find this out? Sentence one y'all. Sentence... one.
This is a pretty fast moving story but pay attention because, while you're reading and thinking one thing, Naija hits you with a `side-collision-with-no-airbag' twist that will give you a literary whiplash. Be warned: this is a very graphic (as if you couldn't tell already) story. There is abuse, murder, incest, sexual assault, betrayal, and serious pain between these covers. In one Stephen King's best books ever, `Cujo', he admitted that he was so wasted on drugs and alcohol that he doesn't even remember writing that story. I wonder what Naija was on when she wrote this? :-) (just kidding my sista').

Surprise, Surprise Surprise!!! Naija shoots out one bomb after the other in this erotic tale. There is sex, swingers, drug addicts, incest, murder, suicide and plenty of drama. This book has unexpected twist and turns that keep the pages turning. The ending was a complete surprise. If you enjoy steamy/erotic page turning literature read this book.

Secrets of the Wealthy, Dec 27 2009
By LOCKSIE "ARC Book Club Inc" - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: Spanish Flyy (Paperback)
While having gone to Turks and Caicos to carry out one of her sexual fantasies Dr Raquel Howard never expected to find love there in the form of Montez Santana, who is on the island to attend his sister Sandrea's wedding. Montez comes from a large wealthy family mixed with Spanish and African and is nothing to sleep on being handsome as well as a respected investment banker.
Montez seems to be a smooth fit for Raquel in every way.
Now back home in Los Angeles doctors Sandrea and Nigel adjust to life as husband and wife. Although they just got married they share a sixteen year old daughter named Diamond. But Nigel's freaky abusive behavior and Diamond's grown woman ways soon lead to some serious problems for this family!
To Raquel surprise, she finds out that a used to be friend Kapri, is the girlfriend of Montez's brother Chance. Raquel hadn't kept in touch with Kapri so she wondered if Kapri shared pillow talk about their past with Chance. Chance and Kapri live a swinging lifestyle and it's during one of their sexcapdes that Kapri really opens her eyes and sees Chance for who he really is.
Raquel and Montez's relationship is in full swing until a surprise to both of them turns into a loss and then a shocking revelation, which leads Raquel to question her relationship with Montez.
Chock-block with action, twisted drama, and sex all leading to some serious ramifications including incest and suicide!
Author Naija certainly packs a huge punch with the drama here! There are serious issues brought to the forefront and mixed with Naija trademark erotica effortlessly combined, this makes for an irresistible read.
I have to say I loved the main men in the story, Montez, Chance and Nigel. None of them were perfect, each had their own personality and relationship issues, but written so true to life...this along with her bold sex scenes is where this author's talent truly shines.
If you've read Naija previous novel "Between My Thighs" you will recognize some of the characters here. Although "Spanish Flyy" is not marketed as a sequel to BMT, I think it should have been as on conclusion I did have some questions which where ultimately answered once my thought process went back to BMT. I would love to have said this is a stand alone book, but there is not enough background on the characters that came from BMT to warrant that. Treat yourself and pick up a copy of both books.
