Yes, this is the case included in Apple's Free Case Program. I however, bought this from the AT&T store. First, I would like to say that I used this case entirely in a humid and hot environment and that may or may not have affected the quality of this case.
When I first got the case, it seemed decent, not great. The case is a two part case, and the iPhone snaps in between the back part and the front part of the case. This is one reason why the case was so fragile and easily broken. It is also the reason why it takes some effort to install onto and take off the iPhone. Within the first few days of use, I noticed that at the bottom of the case, the fabric had begun to fray. The problem still gets worse. Three weeks into using the case, I started noticing that the outer layer of the sides of the case had become to wear off. Additionally, cracks were also noticeable at that point. After a few more weeks, minor cracks turned into major cracks, and eventually parts of the case started to break off. In the end, I ended up replacing it.
-Feels cheap, easily worn out or broken even without dropping the iPhone
-Case is made up of two parts, hard to get in/out and screen protector films may be lifted in process
-Flash is not obstructed
-Case does collect dust and lint near the openings: headphone jack, lock button, speaker/microphone holes, connector port, etc.
