4.0 out of 5 stars Packed with good ideas Sep 4 2003
Format:Paperback
As with all of Loren Christensen's books, Speed Training is written in an accessable style that is fast paced and interesting. Many of the concepts in the book shouldn't be new to experienced martial artists, but unlike some of his other books, this one has a number of unique drills that are very effective, when done. Definately a recommendation to any martial artists library.
