I buy lego's for my 6 year old son. This set was a bit hard for him to put together, but he did it in less than a day..I love how long LEGO'S keep him busy and after the build he just lets his imagination go WILD!!! He is only 6 but building with legos exercises his mined, that is what I love BEST. Although it falls apart from the rough play, he can put it all back together or take it apart to build other things.

This Lego set is awesome. It is a great value for all the pieces that you get. Both Squidward's and Spongebob's house are easy to put together, and when completed they make great imaginary play. Having an orange pineapple house is unique in our Lego collection which focuses on many Star Wars vehicles and police stations. The boys, ages 4 and 7, use the houses as bases for other characters too. They are sturdy and have withstood some demolition efforts. The extra of the popsicle stand is delightful as is the dj booth. I am not sure who liked it more - this mom or the kids. This Lego set is a great addition to any house.
