The author is in love with Spurgeon.. he compliments him every two seconds, praising him to the sky as if he WAS the God he became famous for preaching about! The book is unbearably boring and repetative. The only good part about it is the excerpts from Spurgeon's sermons. Don't waste your money, just read about Spurgeon online if you care so much.
