this book is awesome. the author really has a knack for these books. suspenseful tales are woven into the plot. What happened to the city. What's wrong with the boarders? It's a great book.

All the ingredients for a great spy story,

I read this book aloud for my tween sons. It has all the ingredients for a great spy story: cool gadgets, hidden passageways, crimes to stop, and a master criminal to unveil.
It also has stuff that kids can relate to: sibling conflicts, trying to fit in, gross humor and action scenes that are enjoyably unrealistic. The names of two of the characters are inspired by Olympic skiers Alberto Tomba and Pikabo Street, which is fun for us parents. This is the second book we've read from this series, and we've thoroughly enjoyed them both.

Missing parts of the story.,

I really like the way they used the hot sauce in the story. I thought it was funny. But I didn't like how pieces of the story were missing. For example; when Juni was suddenly frozen by the baddies. How did it happen? There are other parts in the story that they skip, that I would like to know more about. Maybe the next one will be better.
