Initially, I was sent the wrong item, but then they got that quickly corrected, and I received my InStride Cycle.
I was skeptical because of the price, but it is very sturdy metal, and the photo is accurate. It's a simple thing where the pedals just rotate inside a cylinder, and there's a screw so you can increase or decrease the tension.
You will need to have some extra leg room under your desk or wherever you'll be using this, as the pedals sit about 4" above the floor at their lowest point. I put this under my desk at work, because I sit all day every day. It probably would work better if it was at a workbench (taller) with a tall chair, but it does work under my desk with the cycle pushed in and my keyboard tray pulled out and raised up. Now if I could only make the wheels on my chair lock, it would be perfect!

waste of money
Cheap yes, but that is all it has going for it. No tension to speak of and the rotation is like riding a tricycle. Spend the money and get a better one. I did and am very happy.
