Truly A Super-Duper SW Guide, May 6 2010
By P. J. Rainis "film fancier" - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: Star Wars Super Collector's Wishbook: Identification & Values (Hardcover)
We have a 30+ year-old collection of vintage Star Wars toys and action figures and needed a good guide to help us sort out the value of what we have. We were astounded to learn of the THOUSANDS of items produced since the first film in 1977, not just here in the United States, but worldwide as well. This is a "Must Have" book for any collector or fan of the Star Wars franchise. It takes a little bit to get used to the organization/layout of the guide, but it is an impressive effort and we send kudos to those who undertook this incredible endeavor. And visually, the guide is stunningly beautiful and just a joy to look through (loads of pictures!).....and for all these reasons, worth every penny.

A "must-have" for Star Wars collection enthusiasts, and a superb resource for hobby dealers, Dec 13 2009
By Midwest Book Review - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: Star Wars Super Collector's Wishbook: Identification & Values (Hardcover)
Now in a newly updated fifth edition, Star Wars Super Collector's Wish Book is a guide to all sorts of Star Wars collectibles and memorabilia. Featuring over 10,000 color photographs, Star Wars Super Collector's Wish Book is primarily an identification and price guide (little more than a name, price, and often a photograph is present for each listing), enhanced with a handful of brief and intriguing articles about Star Wars collecting, such as "How to Go On, Now that the Movies Are Done?", "Star Wars Intangible Collectibles", and more. A "must-have" for Star Wars collection enthusiasts, and a superb resource for hobby dealers.

The ONLY SW Miniatures Price Guide + More, Jun 8 2011
By Niko78 - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: Star Wars Super Collector's Wishbook: Identification & Values (Hardcover)
Contained within this book is the only in-print and up-to-date Star Wars Miniatures price guide in existence (West End Games AND Wizards of the Coast)! I find that incredible. If you are a minis collector or dealer you will find this book indispensable.
One gripe is that there are very, very few photographs of the minis. But since this book is kept constantly up-to-date (as of this writing, its 5th edition!) there is the very good chance this will be corrected. Not saying there needs to be a photographic database included (that is neither the goal nor scope of this book), but rather a more numerous and improved sampling of the minis. But the inclusion of a complete pictorial database in future editions IS possible....
As for the rest of the book - it's stunning just how much Star Wars stuff is out there. Even more stunning is this full color price guide that chronicles it.
I've been collecting retro stuff since the late 80's and have owned some of the older price guides (Tomart's, etc.) but they don't hold a candle to this one. This may not be as exhaustive as "A Collectors Guide to Star Wars" or "Gus and Ducan's Guide to Star Wars Collectibles," but neither is it northward of $150 bucks! Not saying this just because those books list more items (they do) but those books are intended as photographic archives; this book is strictly a price guide, and a damn fine one at that.
Indispensable for the serious collector or dealer.
