Casper Van Dien and Jolene Blalock should be embarassed as well as whoever greenlit this one. I can't believe anyone actually liked this movie. It was made in 2008 but you'd think by seeing the special effects that it was made in the 80's.
And to say the plot was weak would be a gross understatement.
The characters were completely inconsistent with themselves, flip flopping from good to bad, and bad to good. Apart from Casper Van Dien and Jolene Blalock's characters it was hard to tell who the good guys were supposed to be.
There's no satisfying resolution to many of the key plot points.
At times it was so cheesy it was nearly unwatchable. I found myself embarassed for the actors.
I think what I'm most disappointed about is the fact that I kept watching it and hoping it would get better. It didn't. Quite the opposite in fact.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this one at all costs. The first one was fun, this one should have never been made.
I hope they fire the 10 year old that wrote it.
And I hope Jolene has a career after this disaster...
