top notch voice for a young singer,

I can hardly believe these songs are from a 23 year old. His voice as well as the lyrics are much more mature. Top notch vocal, lifehouse or coldplay like. However, the videos out in 04 and 05 are pretty much boyband, very much a turn off. Skip those! Now that he is 25 and 6 years after his 1st album, I am a bit suspicious if he still has it. This one is super though, if you listen to it before you watch those videos :-)

Nuthin much to say except its an awesome cd,i hafta say tho, his vocal sounds a lot like Our Lady Peaces lead singer, but all in all, there are differences in Day's music which makes it such a great cd...BUY IT!

Stop All The World Now is one of the best albums I have heard in a long time. Howie Day is an extremely talented songwriter and musician and is an artist you should definitely see live, whether he is playing his solo act or with his band. I highly recommend this CD as well as his first release "Australia".
