The only other time it was $19.99 was during the 2009 Boxing Week Sale at Future Shop or Best Buy. After that it has always been sold at $34.99 which is a huge rip, because The next Street fighter title will be out late April 2010 which should cost just a couple dollars more.
This Street Fighter IV came in the Greatest Hits box, but there isn't any difference than the original copies (if not much). To the hardcore Street Fighter fans who loved Street Fighter II, this will feel slightly different and you won't be full impressed, but the take on stylizing the game with ink splatters and brush strokes look visually appealing. Everything is 3-Dimensional, but still played on a 2-D platform.
Parrying in out, but Focus attacks are in. The game is fairly balanced at a casual level, but at higher levels of play, characters start to separate in terms of who is a better character overall.
Though it's not a bad game, it is tough to pick up on, but there isn't too much complex things you have to know in order to play this well, it's mostly knowing how to read your opponent.
