4.0 out of 5 stars Good for the workplace May 14 2007

This product was ordered for use in our office. Many employees are finding it very helpful and are using the stretching exercises right at their desks. I highly recommend it!

5.0 out of 5 stars Super useful book Sept. 19 2008

These books are the most useful I have found for stretches that make all the difference in joint health. This one is smaller and easy to keep around at the office for ideas on how to use small amounts of time to stretch or how to give relief to a particularly troublesome area which is aching. So easy to find the right exercise or set of exercises.

5.0 out of 5 stars stretching March 14 2008
By J. Moore - Published on Amazon.com
This is a great addition to the Stretching book I already own by these same people. As a massage therapist I like giving stretches to clients that they will actually do! In having this book specifically for people who work in an office environment, I can now give them stretches they can do while at work.

I work in an office, sitting in front of a computer most of the day. I have been having severe back, legs, & neck pain for some time. Following the stretch routines in this wonderful book has helped me in an amazing way. Love it!

2.0 out of 5 stars Nothing you can't figure out if you know basic stretches Oct. 18 2010
By David E. Maurer - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback|Verified Purchase
This book is great if you don't have any stretching knowledge, or if you do not currently own another book on stretching. Otherwise it's just common sense to do the stretches adapted to the office environment. And frankly, there is nothing to stop you from doing stretches at the office the same way you would do them at home. This book gave me nothing new. If you are like me and you have pretty good knowledge about streching but are looking for little secrets to help you get through the work-day then look elsewhere. This book will just take up some more space on your shelf.
