This study guide definitely needed more attention before it was published. I also have the 5th edition study guide and there are many mistakes that appear to be a lack of proofreading before publishing this newer edition. Many incongruencies here. I would recommend the 5th edition if you want to be certain of the tool you are using.

I have found many errors in this study guide. I thought I was crazy at first, then the rest of the nursing class had the same concern. The errors are in the answer section, it will give you the wrong letter for the multiple choice answer and the correct rationale. I have contacted the publisher and received no response. Nursing School is hard enough, don't add to it with a very frustrating study guide with the wrong answers.

Reading the reviews posted on this page I'm beginning to wonder what everyone else is looking at. For those of you looking for information on the *Study Guide* I hope this helps.

The guide is broken up into chapters matching the content provided with that of the text book. The questions are a good way to see how much you actually retained from all of that reading! Best of all, at least one instructor each semester seemed to pull questions directly from its pages.

All answers are listed by chapter in the back and the pages rip out for easy comparison or photo-copying for study group.

For those of you who can't decide I would suggest buying it. I wish that I would have had it first semester - I probably would have gotten a better grade.

This guide helped me a great deal in school. Some of the review questions were very similar to the test questions and I felt the content in the study guide helped me to better understand some of the nursing components covered in class.
