These watches were all named after horse racing tracks since they were all inspired by the glamorous lifestyle of upper class track gambling. Welcome the Meydan for the gents and ladies a stunning addition to this already popular series. What makes the Meydan such a unique timepiece in its series is its case design; rather than having a round case like its colleagues this watch is done in a tonneau shape and just like the Meydan Concourse it comes in two sizes. The gent s version measures at 35.7mm from 9H - 3H and 39.1mm from 12H - 6H while the ladies measures in at 29.2mm from 9H - 3H and 32.2mm from 12H - 6H. The razor thin hands and baton-style indices on the dial were designed to enhance the ultra slim design of this timepiece as a whole. In fact the Roman numerals for 12 6 and 7 almost vanish completely as they blend in with the indices! Like the Concourse the dial is decorated with mother-of-pearl for a beautiful look that features rich iridescence. The Meydan is powered by a Swiss quartz movement which is protected by mineral crystal.
