This dvd is so wonderful and absolutely helpful for any pregnant woman out there! Most prenatal workouts are poorly designed to a woman's needs and end up being either boring or unrealistic to her abilities. Every pregnant woman is different and has her good days and bad. This is the first dvd to acknowledge that. It is split up into your first, second and third trimester, each section with specific excercises depending on how far along you are. Modifications are offered and this dvd even gives us the option of the full workout (1 hr including fun warm-up and wind-down relaxing stretch) or the express workout (half the time) for every trimester. The exercises are designed to help keep mommy fit, but also to relieve any tension or pain she might be feeling in her back and hips. The workout if performed by Summer Sanders when she's 7 months along, so its really inspiring to see someone feeling the same as we are when we're doing it. Also, the exercises are so effective that even a non-pregnant woman can do them and still feel and see the results! As a mommy to be, i would recommend this dvd to every pregnant woman. After doing these exercises, I feel so much better and i know others will too!
