I purchased this DVD after reading all the reviews, but it hasn't been a great one for me. The work out is thorough, and works your whole body, for sure, but I found it too long to fit into my schedule (the regular workout is a full hour) and, it didn't seem to accomplish as much as my other prenatal DVD. (Erin O'Brien's.) I found the routine pretty boring, and I thought that the commentary/conversation between the Summer and her trainer was irritating.
All in all, I guess I'd say it's a decent work out, if you have an hour to devote to it regularly, but I think there are other better ones out there.
