This book is nice in that it doesn't really do this. It is concise and to the point for what I want.
The biggest part of the book I like is that it provides a 4 week plan of your diet and your excercise. It shows you what to eat each day (with possible substitutions), the coordinating recipes, and the grocery list (!!!). This is what I want, something simplistic, and tells me exactly what I should do.
THe book claims that follow this plan will lose (on average) about 20 lbs in the first month, I am crossing my fingers that it is true, but I am not far enough in the timeline to know for sure.
Should you buy? at the moment I say yes, as I really like the concise nature of this book
