This is a excellent book. This book shipped very quickly and item was well packaged in parcel. Very easy to follow instructions i have made almost all the little cuties in this book.

I am so disappointed in this book. Although it is beautifully presented and the photos are beautiful as well, there seems to be pattern errors everywhere. So far, I have made (or attempted to make) 4 patterns from this book.
Without going into great detail , the round and row counts are often incorrect , and when the pattern is followed precisely, the body pattern comes out completely disproportionate to the rest of the animal.
Of the 4, I am moderately happy with the Fluffy Puppy ,but even here, his body part seems to be larger than it should be.

Just wanted to let people know considering how much these books cost.

P.S. The upside to this is, if you are an experienced crocheter, you can probably muddle through most patterns and correct the patterns to ensure the animals come out right. But....you shouldnt have to do that after all the money you 've paid for the book

I actually received this book as a gift a few weeks ago from my boyfriend, and I wanted to try crocheting something out of it right away. Thumbing through the book I was amazed at how pretty the animals were, and how well crocheted they looked. However, when I actually sat down to first try the panda I started noticing the major errors. For one the stitch counts are off, and even the directions do not add up to the right stitches. I went through and manually edited the pages with errors, but it made me kind of sad that there were such nice patterns but deep down they are really a mess. I would recommend this book in concept, but this book is not a good buy unless you have the time to devote in order to fix the multiple errors.

I was so excited to get this book. I ordered it as soon as it came out. The directions are so so so wrong though. Following the directions, you end up with something ridiculous and nothing like the picture. ONLY USE THIS BOOK AS INSPIRATION. DON'T TRY TO USE THE INSTRUCTIONS! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED! I'm not sure how this book got published to begin with. The pictures are beautiful though!
