Zombies are in vogue Feb. 21 2010
By Derrick O'Rourke - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Hardcover
Zombies are to comics what vampires are to movies & tv. They're everywhere and everyone is trying a different spin on the same mythos. This attempt isn't bad and the art is pretty impressive. Some of the characters & ideas are good but it seems far too rushed & would've benefited more from an extended run rather than a quick 5 issue mini-series. The first half of the book is quite good but the amount of characters are manageable but as the book goes on too many characters are introduced and it's hard to keep up with them and to have any real invested interest. Overall though it's not a bad attempt at a zombie superhero book but it would've been better as a series rather than a mini-series.
