He s inexplicably vague about his whereabouts at the time of his best friend s mysterious death. And suspicion spirals into near certainty when Linda discovers that Johnnie s request to borrow money against her life insurance policy can only be fulfilled in the event of her death. The evidence is all too convincing and Linda must face the fact that her husband could be a cold-blooded killer and she could be his next victim!

Not as good as Hitchcock's but acceptable; great performances, nice sceneries and costumes; if you love the intrigue and suspense "English style", you will enjoy it.
