Okay folks, this is very similar to a Headhunter Pirate Pro for a much lower price. Not exactly, but very very similar. The owner's manual even refers to it as a Headhunter Pirate Pro at times. Detector Pro Wader and up is American made, but they outsource to China to make Pirate and Pirate Pro. So, this is a Chinese copy of Pirate Pro. It is a very good metal detector for the price. No joke, 12 inches on quarter with 8 inch search coil. Excellent iron discrimination. Not too bad in salt water for VLF as it is low freq 2.4kHz, but great in fresh water or on land. However, when you crank up the discrimination it loses depth on mid-range conductors like gold. Guys, snatch these up before they're all gone!
