I got this mat at Ross for $8. It's a durable mat that can be used for more than the printed exercises. I like it out to remind me to do a short workout every day. The DVD is lacking, very short and very simple. It does get the point across but doesn't illustrate enough or get the viewer engaged. It isn't a "follow-along" DVD like most fitness things. I like the instructions printed on it telling me how many reps and how long it will take. It's like having a coach, but without all the yelling. I also use the ab wheel on this mat, very durable and makes it easier to kneel. My knees dislocate when I kneel on them, but they stay in place using this mat as extra padding. It's withstood both my dogs already digging at it and wrestling and rolling on it. I have a collie and a corgi, so they aren't small dogs. My corgi is destructive and has feet like a jackrabbit, so I know this mat will last at least until I reach my goal fitness level. I would like some more advanced exercises since level 3 is easy for me, but I'm sure I can find some on my own.
