For those of us who can't always think of meaningful things to discuss at mealtimes, this book offers wonderful suggestions. It is especially geared to the Christian family who eats together at least once a day. I haven't tried any of the recipes yet, but there are lots of them and they are grouped by menus with suggested topics to talk about. I would highly recommend this book!
