I really enjoyed the first story, 'Talking With the Dead'. I liked the pacing, the mystery, and I thought the characters were interesting. I do wish there had been closure of one of the secondary characters.

However, the second story, 'Vicious Vixen' was slow, a harder read to get through, and I had no connection with either of the leads or secondary characters.
