Dave concretely displays the unique ability to "Get In Your Head" by purposely throwing the reader off the path with off beat rhythms. He has mastered the rare "Socratic" technique typically used in philosophic works. This style is strangely effective when his realistic stories are put into the context of the reader's perspective. Before Dave's strange but vivid account of lucid dreams, I carelessly took this phenomenon for granted.

The book is non-stop thrills that keep the imagination spinning!Really makes you think about the old belief in "are we alone on planet Earth".
Readers of Dave Gamboa will cheer when they finish the story of "The Tunnel People".
You will not be able to put it down long enough to get your next "cold one" out of the fridge.
Very gripping yet very controversial.
These are not your "mommies" bedtime stories anymore!!

This book read like a rambling first draft. It was rife with grammatical errors and self-indulgent. It felt like no editorial process whatsoever had taken place and I was unable to force myself to read beyond the first three stories. I've read many a story that was boring or not well-written, but few have actually had the effect of making me angry. One goes into a book with the expectation that the author has at least done due diligence as far as editing, but I left this book feeling a bit swindled--as if I'd been tricked into believing it would be a legitimate work of literature. It was not.
