No matter your age, there is something to be gleaned from this book. Not only does the author take you through the seven-year cycles of adulthood from age 21 on, but she also gives you biographical stories of 12 individuals throughout these stages. This allows you to gain a deeper sense of what each stage means. It is interesting to look back over the years and see what you've been through then look at where you are now while pondering what is ahead for you in the future. A nice read for people of many backgrounds and interests.*Sad to see that someone would rate the book 3 stars when they haven't even received the book. This isn't the place for feedback for sellers, but responses to products to help other potential buyers.*
