Comfortable and quiet but doesn't displace enough air,

Definitely a good product, but I was hoping it would cool my laptop down more. Unfortunately my GPU sits at the bottom edge of the stand and doesn't get cooled much. The stand seems to reduce the incidence of the CPU fan coming on and it sits comfotably in my lap with my 17 inch laptop. I am generally happy with the product.

This is an excellent product that I highly recommend! The fans are very quiet and it really cools my laptop down. It is comfortable to have on your lap as well as on a desk.

Very comfy mat,

Pro:This mat is incredibly comfortable if you like to lounge on the couch with your notebook. It's perfect for actual "laptop" use as it flexes with movement and keeps hot laptops from cooking your thighs. The fans are quiet and not noticeable in operation. It's perhaps a little oversized for most 15" laptops, but I actually like the extra space around the computer. It should be perfect for 17" machines. Cons: The chill mat is a better cooler than most, but probably not the coldest mat out there. You notebook will still get hot during high resource utilization. Overall: The only complaint is that the cooling is only good, not perfect. Otherwise, in terms of design and use, the Chill Mat is very good.
