I ordered this ipad case for my Ipad 4 (aka the new Ipad). Unfortunately the magnetic function to turn it on and off when you open the case is not working. I think I received a defective Ipad because based on other blogs - targus has corrected this issue, or maybe it just works better with the Ipad 3 - who knows! Otherwise, I like the slim nature of this Ipad case. It is light weight and has two useful standing position. I am returning it though because this feature is actually very important to me.

Fits nicely, but the rubber coating is flimsy and it will come off the plastic casing on the edges after some light handling. I on my second cover(replacement) and they both had this problem within 2-3 months.
