The Debut That Started It All Off!,
By
This review is from: Taylor Swift (Audio CD)
Taylor Swift is having huge sucess in country right now with this debut no.1 album which has gone x3 Platinum-and it's easy to see why. She's a very talented girl, having co-wrote all the songs and she plays acoustic guitar. It includes her big hits Tim McGraw(love that fiddle solo)Teardrops On My Guitar,Our Song,Picture To Burn and You Should've Said No(her great kiss off song) which are all fantastic songs. There's also the lovely Stay Beautiful and the smart Tied Together With A Smile(about self worth) She's very mature for her age(18) but she still writes songs that teens will relate to.You will also enjoy this album even if you aren't a teenager. It's perfectly produced Pop/Country at its best.Taylor's going to go a long way in country music. You can't go wrong with this cd. Prime Cuts: Tim McGraw, Teardrops On My Guitar, Cold As You, Our Song.

A Kid's Review
This review is from: Taylor Swift (Audio CD)
This album has an original sound to it, it's more country than her second album Fearless but has not gone too far out like, say, Carrie Underwood. Her songs ranging form the slow-beat sad but beautiful song Cold as You to the fast paced fun Our Song is very good for a large range of ages. There's is not inappropriate language except for mild profanity in Cold as You and Teardrops on My Guitar, (and the quote of Picture to burn "...that's fine, I'll tell mine you'r gay) but a great CD for young and old!

Much better than her second...,
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Taylor Swift (Audio CD)
It's cute... it's got that happy sort of every-day lyrics you get from, say, Art Garfunkel. She's still got her girlish twang at age 16, which annoys some listeners. I love most of the songs. But hey, why don't you go on YouTube and search up the songs on the CD? It's the only sure-fire way to make sure your buy is a good one. Right? I like this one better than her Fearless album, too, because it's more original... Personally, although I do like Fearless, I think all the songs on that one sound rather alike... but Taylor Swift isn't like that too much. It's a good thing. :-)
