The Book shipped real fast, considering that it came from England. However I was a bit disappointed with the book's content. I guess I was hoping for some previous undisclosed reason that the team folded just when it started to look up for them. Instead, it was just poor management and an unfulfilled dream of the top dog. It did go into detail as to the workings and how decisions were made; a real inside look of a struggling team. A fast read, buy used paperback and you won't be too disappointed.
