Dr Ray takes you on a step-by-step journey towards a successful transition to Self-Directed teams. Everything from Whats to Whys, Designing a system for success, etc. There are alot of good illustrations of potential issues and tangible benefits of a team-based culture. I have purchased this book for my staff to be used as a reference text while making this journey.
