Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles: The Complete Second Season (Blu-ray)
Things blow up. Someone you think is a human turns out to be a shape-shifting Terminator. There are confusing forays through time and discussions about what happened when in which version of the past and/or future. But really, the second season of Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles--unfortunately the final season of the series--is about family, connections, and the things we do to protect the ones we love. Sarah Connor (Lena Headey) has an especially rough road, nearly dying and becoming obsessed with a three-dot symbol and detours through a world of UFO obsessives. John Connor (Thomas Dekker), a.k.a. the guy who will grow up to lead humanity's resistance to the hated machines, gets tough and gets a girlfriend. His uncle Derek (Brian Austin Green) gets a girl as well, and the women in their lives turn out to have a surprising connection. Cameron (Summer Glau), the Terminator sent to protect John, suffers some damage and reveals some surprisingly human secrets of her own as her relationship with John gets more emotional and complicated. Shirley Manson (lead singer of Garbage) joins the cast as Catherine Weaver, an icy executive with… well, suffice it to say that a familiar (and threatening) face shows up in her company. The special features are extensive and include featurettes on the writing, effects, stunts, music and more. This is a fitting sendoff for an ambitious show. --Stephanie Reid-Simons --This text refers to the DVD edition.See all Product Description

Needless to say-why the hell was this show taken off the air!!!! It is so disappointing that after watching two seasons and witnessing story emerge, that you're left with nothing. It's like being shot at the hint of an orgasm.
The season 2 is even better and needed to answer many questions left by season 1 ending it is just sad a third season have been cancelled but rumors exist about a 3 seasons may come in the form of a movie or direct to Blu-Ray and DVD.
This serie have many websites of fans who ask even for a third season to be broadcast and release on DVD and Blu-Ray because it is one of the rare Science-fiction serie who mix well storyline and special effects.
I truly enjoyed this series from the start. I was actually never a fan of the Films, aside from the first 2 (mildly). I for some reason decided to give it a chance. I was hooked from S1 episode 1. I was blown away by the depth of the characters and their development throughout the series. Unfortunately, due to the scheduling of this show being knocked around quite a bit, it made it difficult for fans to stay tuned and it was cancelled after S2 due to lack of an audience.
BEST Sci-Fi made for TV series EVER!
With all this said, I must add this in closing. I WILL NEVER AGAIN WATCH ANOTHER FOX NETWORK SERIES. AS BEAUTIFULLY STATED BY M. SCOTT: "can't support a series that doesn't support us. The network decided to pull the plug on the series after the second season, abandoning the fans and viewers after the season finale. No wrap up, no end story or tie into the rest of the franchise."
This series was something that many fans a like looked forward to on a weekly basis. I hope that another network like SPACE would pick it up and give it another run. Hopeully the DVD sales may revive TSCC as was the case for The Family Guy Series.
We can only hope...
I can only pray that this series is continued by someone, Joss Whedon perhaps, as it is worthy of several more seasons, in my opinion! The final episode was mind-blowing and a cliff-hanger that will torment me emotionally if not continued.
It does meander a bit here and there in the middle but it totally makes up for it towards the near end... although we will
never see what would have been if it had continued on. Such a damn shame.
