I initially purchased this book to read 'The Machinery of Government' by Matthew Moore who is a good friend and I always enjoyed his writing (and did not disappoint this time, either). I was pleasantly surprised with the entire collection, however. The variety and flow of this edition was excellent. A lot of praise should be given to not only the talented writers but also the editors that put the collection together so masterfully.

I have purchased #13 based on this and cannot wait to read it!
