Tommy Europe is one of North America’s most sought-after personal trainers. His shows, The Last 10 Pounds Bootcamp and Bulging Brides, reach a million Canadians each week. Before becoming a personal trainer, Tommy was a two-time all-star in the CFL. He had an eleven-year football career, which also included winning a Grey Cup and a stint with the NFL’s New Orleans Saints.
