This is much more than a work book. While there are spaces to fill in your meals for record keeping- which is great- there are also some new and interesting recipes that can be used. Even if you do not use these recipes, they supply you with ideas for ones you yourself can develop. The other interesting thing is the tips that are provided. It is almost like a way of keeping you involved, reminded and encouraged. This book passed my expectations and I would recommend it to anyone who has purchased the 17 Day Diet Book

I bought this workbook because I am a nut about tracking and analyzing. For me, this workbook is not working. It has some good content, additional recipes, etc. But I am getting tired of carrying it, the hardcover book and my daily calendar/journal around with me every place I go. So, I am not really using the workbook. What WOULD be great is an APP that would serve this purpose. This is on me... I am simply not using it. Instead I record what I need to in a spreadsheet that I keep on my laptop.

Great program, I feel great and it is working.

The only negative is that the workbook could be in a different format- ie: ring binding, less awkward. Could be more compact, perhaps with a nice generic over cover, so not so conspicious sitting on your kitchen counter.

Would recommend as a great read, 1st program I have seen which includes all sorts of ethnic food, programs for gluten free and more.

I have followed the diet, but have only lost one pound. I am at a loss for the result. A friend has lost over 30 pounds.
My diet before was very much like the diet in the book. I have cut out potatoes, pasta, bread, and rice.

This is a 'workbook'. There are two books out there. The 'all-inclusive' and this one. Luckily I have done my research on the subject so this book was all I needed to re-affirm what it was about. Description of book was not too clear prior to purchase. Good price though.
