My son who is 6 grasped onto this book and has had everyone who has come to visit read to him a chapter or two (how ever many they are willing to spend the time to read). He brings up the lessons while we are driving, as they occur to him and he lets his 10 year old sister know when she should look at situations differently. I'm very happy with the interest he is showing and I will read it to him over and over as long as he wants. They are good lessons communicated in situations he can relate to. I would recommend it to all children.

I have 2 boys that are 8 and 11. I thought my oldest may to too old for the book but he enjoyed it just as much as my 8 year old. The book contains characters they can identify with and the author made this story fun. It includes questions to discuss after which is awesome. Reading these stories with my boys before bed has been a joy.

What a way to bring a family together. Share the book and its tips and work to become "happy". I wish it were translated; it would make it easier to use in our French language families.

We're fans of the 7 Habits in our house, so we were excited to find out that our daughter's school was going to be working on the habits with their students. I bought this book to supplement the instruction given at school. I've read all the stories to my daughter (5) and son (3). They loved the characters and were able to connect right away. We've only had the book for a couple of weeks, so I hope it has staying power and will continue to be requested. Based on how much enjoyment they get out of he characters, my guess is that this is a keeper!
