Reading their most recent book, Cause A Disturbance, prompted me to go back and read the first innovation book by Tencer and Cardoso. The 90% Rule shows business owners like myself how to move from acceptable to extraordinary, not by creating new random growth strategies but by leveraging the right opportunities based on your strengths. The 90% Rule clarifies the importance of LISTENING to what the customer/client really wants instead of telling them what they need. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to grow and develop moving beyond average to innovative!
