I dislike spicy or eastern type food (chinese, thai, indian or southwestern) most of the recipes use spices associated with this type of cooking. I prefer European food - if you do too forget this collection.

This book is very helpful in find foods my wife can safely consume. Having interstitial cystitis means that a lot of foods can and do cause my wife great discomfort. This book helps her make delicious foods that don't harm her or me.
