About the Author
I grew up always knowing I would be a graphic artist of some sort. My mother instilled the love of drawing and painting in me at an early age. I landed my first job as a graphic artist right out of high school with The Shirt Shed, which was a leader in the imprinted apparel industry at that time. I found the job to be very challenging and rewarding, working on major licenses such as: Looney Tunes, Garfield, Adidas, and many Disney products. I remained in the screen printing field, working for various companies designing and art directing for a total of 20 years. Then I freelance illustrated my first of many Beginner's Bible books. The publisher liked my work enough to hire me as their full time illustrator and move me from Indiana down to beautiful Tennessee, where 10 years later, I'm still illustrating books and various other Beginner's Bible and A Life of Faith products for Mission City Press.
