Being understood is an art. As an ER doctor, it is extremely important that I use the right words at the right times to communicate what I need to- quickly and accurately. I am also a business owner who works with employees and clients where subtle communication nuances are critical. Having a book like The A to Z of Being Understood to have as a reference guide and to stimulate ideas about being a better communicator will be a blessing for everyone. It is great concept, extremely well written and easy to read. Thank you Kay!

I wish I'd had Kay's book years ago so I'd know how to say "no" easier
and transition at networking events more smoothly! Kay gives you the words
to say so you don't feel awkward asking for what you want. This is for
business people, couples, friends, and acquaintances. Everyone should
read this to get along with people more easily and make those potentially
awkward conversations feel natural and put others, and you, at ease.
