This is a great cook book! Every recipe we've tried from this book comes out as it's suppose to and really tasty. Some "healthy" cook books really lack in the taste department but in this one everything is good. You don't feel like your skimping on having an extravagant meal while still eating healthy. It's the most used cook book in the cupboard. If you care about what you eat, or are trying to eat healthier - or just need some good food ideas then I highly recommend this book.

For anyone who wants to alter their diet to eliminate the harmful effects of processed foods, this book offers a wide variety of recipes with easy to follow instructions and easy to find ingredients. Delicious too! My only complaint is that I wish it addressed gluten-free alternatives as well.

Simple instructions. Delicious recipes. This book is not filled with obscure ingredients that are impossible to find (like other clean eating cookbooks). So far, every recipe I've tried my family and I have absolutely loved.

I was so impressed with this cookbook, I quickly ordered Cleaning Eating 2. I am not a fussy eater, but as I have found in many other cleaning eating recipe books, the ingredients used I would not consider eating. Cleaning Eating had many, many recipes I would use and have already. There were opions from breakfast, sandwiches, dinner, dessert and even smoothies. Great Book!!

I have had this book for about 3 weeks and have tried probably 10 recipes from it already. Each one is tasty and a hit with my family!

It's the book that I use to plan my weekly meals. The recipes are simple and delicious.

I'm just starting to eat clean and this book, and the magazine are really great. I also have Tosca Reno's books but I find the recipes in this cook book are better and easier to make and find the ingredients for.

I've had this book for a few months now and have made a number of recipes from it. So far, we would happily make all of those recipes again! They were full flavor, filling, and healthy which is just what I was looking for.

We've really like the Shepherd's Pie, the Spinach and Ricotta Chicken Quesadillas, and the Turkey Burgers.

However, the layout of the recipes often has me flipping back and forth in order to find the one that I'm looking for. Instead of dividing recipes up by meal, or meat type, or any other logical order they are divided up into "meals for two" and "budget meals" etc so if I want to find the quesadilla recipe quickly I have to remember that it's in the "quick weeknight meal" section. So silly! But the recipes are totally worth it.

I love this cookbook. Tons of great recipes that are easy to make and taste really good. There are no foreign ingredients, most things will already be in your fridge or pantry. A great asset to anyones cookbook collection. Who knew healthy food could taste so good!
