I firmly believe that to lose weight and be healthy, we all have to find the right balance for ourselves. The Body Reset Diet works perfectly for the way I'm wired. I have lost my taste for junk food and large portions, and I am eating at regular intervals, which means I don't get hungry, cranky or lose my ability to make healthy choices for myself.

I lost 8 pounds in 3 weeks and have been losing at a healthy, steady rate since. I have more energy and I am sticking to exercise because it is now integrated into my daily life. As someone who simply does not have time to go to a gym, this is perfect.

This will only work for you, though, if you are okay with drinking your food. There are other people in my life for whom this will not work because they can't stand the texture of smoothies.

However, I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking to make a shift in their attitude toward food and exercise, because it makes it quite easy.

Your program came in perfect timing.
Passover sedars are done and winter is finally making its way out.
I have been a WW follower forever and I believe in the fibre/protein focus.
Your plan is very similar although doing the shakes gives the 'intake a new twist!'
I wish you would have provided a 'shopping list' for more than the first phase - but I will go and build one myself as I go through your combo's again.
My sons 25/23 plan on doing this with me...

The book provides an easy-to-follow regimen for weight loss, and I like the science that backs it up. It also happens to work, which is more than can be said about lots of other diet books out there. However, you will note that some of the recipes have missing ingredients; and some others are just plain "bleh" factor. Not great on the recipe section, but very good on rationale and motivation. The good thing about the book is it gives you a great kick-start, with an easy-peasy regimen to follow, which is where most other plans fail. It's so easy it's like ... falling off a log? ... and the weight falls with it.

love Harley! I am his big fan from China. the first 5 days works perfectly for me! and the phase II is not ok for me cuz a solid food make me crave more. So I just jump to stage III. Hope all works well. Anyway Just love Harley. Looking forward to your new 2015 book.
