Well written, very informative book. Easy to read - liked the breakdown to Signs & Symptons/Doctor's orders and Sherry's Natural Prescription. Sherry's description and recommendation for each health condition is easy to comprehend. Nice to see the natural prescriptions for each health condition and the recommended lifestyle suggestions.

Torkos book is quite unique in that her material combines both conventional and natural approaches to disease with
information on foods, lifestyle recommendations and supplements. It is well organized and comprehensive in the topics covered yet she provides concise guidelines. It truly is a *must have* reference!

This book is a great resource. I have used it many times and recommended it to
friends and colleagues. I like that it provides information on a wide range of
medical conditions with both mainstream and natural medicine options. So many other
books are biased in one direction. I work in the health care field and appreciate
that this book provides credible information and guidelines. Unlike books that
promote wild miracle cures, crazy fad diets, and unfounded alternative treatments
this book provides readers with recommendations based on science rather than hype.
