Torkos book is quite unique in that her material combines both conventional and natural approaches to disease withinformation on foods, lifestyle recommendations and supplements. It is well organized and comprehensive in the topics covered yet she provides concise guidelines. It truly is a *must have* reference!

Very infomative book. You are able to locate your chosen topic easily. The information given is easy to comprehend and the section "Sherry's Natural Prescription" I found particularly helpfull.

Well written, very informative book. Easy to read - liked the breakdown to Signs & Symptons/Doctor's orders and Sherry's Natural Prescription. Sherry's description and recommendation for each health condition is easy to comprehend. Nice to see the natural prescriptions for each health condition and the recommended lifestyle suggestions.
