Takes a long time to get to the issues at hand. A lot of very interesting science that will help teach you for life...at times too much!
Hard to take it all in and remain focused on ridding ONLY the bad carbs from your diet.
Follow this books guidelines (when you get to them) and you WILL feel better almost right away.
Dr. Turner is a master of this. Listen to what she says!
