Admittedly I don't have much, ok - any, experience with chakras or energy healing etc, but this book has been a great introduction. So far I have been reading through it page by page, and am excited to keep reading. I can, however also see this book being something I reach for in the future, over and over again. Nicely illustrated & clearly written. Highly recommend to individuals looking to understand the relationship between our bodies and the energy around (and within) us.

I'm just beginning to learn about Chakras, energy work, and crystals. This was a very straight-forward explanation with colorful pictures; easy to read; easy to use. It probably isn't the best for those who are very knowledgeable about the subject, but for beginners or as a quick reference guide, I would recommend it.

This is a beautifully illustrated book with lots of color photos, charts and exercises. It has a wide variety of subjects such as crystal healing, different types of yoga, chakra balancing, reflexology, nutrition, spirituality, aromatherapy and many other topics. This is an excellent book to add to your home library.

I lead a class on the Chakras & am just completing a 8months work on my Reiki Masters. &nd the point is? That is what I like about these guides. (I purchased the Crystal, Feng Shui & Psychic Bibles. I can find the information I am looking for easily. The pictures & drawings are detailed enough to understand. I'm sorry I did not discover these books, before I spent money, on several other ones. I plan on getting more in this series. Linda22 |
