HASH(0xa1a69ab0) out of 5 stars The Chinese Theory of Art Aug. 31 2012
By Jenny - Published on
Format: Hardcover Verified Purchase
I have painted in the traditional Chinese Brushstroke style for thirty-five years having studied with Master Lucy Liu, a Living Treasure of the State of Washington, for eleven years. I have read and studied much from the masters of Chinese painting over the years, as I have continued to follow it more and more closely.

A good friend recommended this book, and after skimming his copy, I found it on line at Amazon and bought it immediately. It is a treasure of insightful thoughts of the great masters of Chinese history. It where many of them evolved to in their pursuit of this remarkable and disciplined form of painting. It is a true vision of what it is all about.
