I have made 6 of the dishes; Granola, Morrocan Vegetables, Curried chickpea stew, Cuban black bean and sweet potato soup; Tofu, eggplant and yukon gold stew; and the Black bean and vegetable stew, and they were all delicious. My husband raved about all of them. I can't wait for mine to arrive so we can continue sampling the recipes. Definitely worth the money.

"Americanized" ayurveda. I quite like some of the recipes and use them regularly.Published 2 months ago by Yvonne Macor
I was looking for a book with more info on the Ayurvedic approch, but it doesn't have any of that. It's more focused on weight loss, which I don't need. Read morePublished on April 1 2011 by amestp
